    I no its a stupid question but I cant figure out how to do it.

    I just used the chat feature a little while ago to cancel one, I've heard it can take quite a long time to get them to cancel over the phone. Chat took just a few minutes

    Yes i just did this with a referb notbook over the phone and it took 1hour 45 min it was a nightmare transfered x2 and then was told to call back next day as my order was not invoiced yet. I asked the rep to take care of it for me and i would not be calling back, and to also send me an email confirming that he would be canceling it for me when it became invoiced. also ~ he said it would take 20-25 days for the funds to be placed back into my accout (payed with visa check card) In reality it was back in the next day i am happy with dell :wink:

    I was on call waiting for 40 mins.....but once someone answered the phone, it took less than 5 mins to cancel....actually it seemed like the lady on the other side of the line was extremely glad (overly eager) to have the opportunity to cancel my order....somewhat strange....hmm
