I have an e1405. Really happy with it, but I was wondering how you change the screen display. For example, on my LCD for my desktop I can alter between "warm" and "cool" displays. Some type of color management.

Is there a way to adjust with Dell laptop LCDs?

Right click on the desktop, select properties, then go to settings. You'll see some advanced options there.
