How do you connect a PC to a laptop using the laptop as a monitor? I don't know if this is possible, or how to attempt it. The laptop is a new dell 1520.
I want to do this because I have an xbox 360 with a VGA Adapter I use on a flatscreen monitor at home. Can't bring the monitor to school with me. I do have the xbox with a VGA adapter.
- Thanks for the help.

Uhm.......What?!
If I understand correctly, you want to use your Xbox and have it displayed on your laptop?
You'll need some sort of video capture card. Generally they only accept S-Video or Composite input. -
Most laptops do not have a video in option by default.
Your best bet is to get some kind of video input card as mentioned above, but in order to get the higher resolutions (above 480p) that you would almost certianly want with a 360 you will probably have to shell out $$$ as most consumer leve input setups are based aroudn Svideo or Composite inputs neither of which carry over 480p. -
it would be cheaper to ebay a 17-19" lcd tv

get a new lcd screen...right now (as long as you dont demand HD) they are dirt cheap. Seriously, check some places out online and you can get a good one for like $200 or less.
