I got my wife a pink "scratch and dent" pink laptop. The "scratch" is a chip in the rubberized paint. It's just couple of millimeters wide. Is there some kind of something to repair it?

Whatever it would cost you to repair it, it would be easier (and probably cheaper) just to buy the part from Dell.com and swap out a new lid.

Exactly, just swap out the bezel. In fact, if you find a nice enough tech support rep, they could ship you a replacement bezel under warranty.

Not really an honest thing to do since the OP bought it as a "Scratch and Dent" knowing that there could be defects on it. You can't then expect Dell to fix it for free.

As others have suggested, buy a replacement part from Dell as there's really no way to fix it yourself.

Removing the lid takes time and involving u to disassemble the lcd to get the lid off ... just be happy with it man or find some stickers stick on it.

Another thing yyou can go t hobby shop where they sell paint for Model Toys ( cars, tanks, planes) and try to find a color that matches your laptop .

I wasn't asking him to be devious about it. If you explain it to a tech rep, they may be willing to just replace it for you as a customer service gesture. If they are unwilling (which they have all rights to do...) then you could just buy the spare part.
