    How does the M1330 screen compare to other laptops in its class?

    Screen quality is very important to me. Of course, the ideal screen would be that of a Sony Vaio, but I was wondering how the M1330's screen measures up to the other laptops in its class (Asus, Toshiba, etc.)

    Hey for me the LCD screen on the M1330 no problem I also have a VAIO to hand GRS515 While the Vaio is very bright and clear my M1330 is not that far behind..Well thats my findings and my eye;s''lol
    Most are happy with their screens on M1330

    okay thanks! just to clarify, i'm talking about a LED-backlit screen and not the regular CCFL screen.

    By the way BlackRussian, are you based in France?? Coz if you are, I have some questions :)

    the M1330 is IMO the best in it's class in terms of price versus performance. Also it gets mad points for looks.

    It was cheaper :) Mine was like $990 ($325 coupon off 1299) before tax.

    the 14.1 screen doesn't take too much off portability... the m1330 really is just about style... performance is negligable versus other in similar classes....
