    Very Easy!

    A couple of screws and open the memory compartment on the bottom of the computer. Easier than on a desktop.

    You should install in matched pairs.

    Yeah, its easy.

    FYI, one slot for ram in the Vostro 1500 is located underneath the keyboard. Look at Support.dell.com for a service manual if you do not know how to remove the keyboard etc.
