    How fast did your Inspirion ship?

    I ordered my Inspirion e1505 Friday (package came to 812 w/ shipping... not bad although for 30 bucks less today I could've gotten a 120gig HDD... but hey I wont complain).

    Anyhow. Ordered Friday morning, on Saturday it had gone into "boxing". This morning it says "in transit". Then a few hours later I had a Fedex tracking number.

    Now... it was supposed to be Ground, but whatever they shipped it Overnight.

    So Fedex says its delivery date is today (its 130am) but there's no tracking info.

    I'm wondering... when the rest of you got your tracking # had it in fact been delivered to the Fedex center, or did the "ship date" change later when it actually arrived. Cause the lack of info is a bit weird for Fedex and its just saying it was "Transmitted"

    I guess I'll find out in about 13hrs wether or not it was actually shipped...lol.

    I'm on like the exact same boat as you. Ordered fri as well, shipped this morning as overnight and I should be expecting it tomorrow. Hopefully i'm not dissapointed.

    I am in Canada, mine shipped from the States and got here in 3-5 days, so yours should arrive by wednesday for sure.

    Dell's gurantee is 10 calendar days from the time of order till it's on your doorstep (at least if you order by phone).

    Mine did ship. Fedex shows it on a truck for delivery. It shipped from Oakland, California.

    I ordered it Friday, it went into "boxing" status Saturday, shipped Monday and its here Tuesday.

    Best part... I only paid for ground shipping! Well they had a "Free ground" promo, but still.

    I ordered mine on Saturday. I got the shipping confirm email today and it had the FedEx overnight too. I just noticed that and the tracking number. I checked the tracker and it made it to the FedEx place 30 minutes ago. But the status said "Customer not available or business closed" so I guess I'll get mine tomorrow. Yay.
