    - is this RAM (Corsair) a good choice for the i6400? is compatible?
    - my RAM would be dual-channel ?

Most of the time it is Samsung RAM. It should work. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't!

won't it be a bottleneck for my system?

What are you doing with the system. Also the other specs of your computer. Very few times is the memory the bottleneck...unless you only have 256MB or something like that. :)

Yeah I used to have bottleneck issues with 256mb samsung. dell usually uses samsung but I've had them use kingston. Both are great as is crucial.

Corsair is excellent and has a great reputation (usually a bit expensive but crucial and kingston can be also) however I have heard of quite a few dead on arrival cases with them-easily resolved though and usually with their cheaper ram.

i am assuming you are adding it to one already present 512 sodimm. that means you will be running dual channel and in the process you will be getting rid of any bottlenecks with the ram on this model.

would this corsair works on E1505?
    Corsair@NewEgg
and why the second one twice the price of the first one?
all I can see the diff is the first one called "Value Select" model.
what does it mean and what's the cons on the value select memory?

Well you can, but the 667 stick is only going to run at 533Mhz. The RAM can only run as fast as the slowest ram that is in the computer.

    Hope this helps.
