I've been reading on this forum that Dell Small Business customer service is better than Dell Home cs b/c business service is US-based and it's generally less hold time and whatnot.
Does anyone have experience buying through Dell Education? How is their CS? Is it US-based?

I generally get to talk to them within 2 minutes of calling. Never talked to somebody that sounded outsourced...one had a british accent, the other had an regular american accent...but I had a hard time understanding him due to crappy phone signal quality.
