I'm about to order a rather expensive non-computer item from Dell Home. As with electronic purchases I want to know how the return policy is.
Anyone experience returning non-computer item to Dell? Was it easy?

The return policy is: *Return for a refund/replacement within 21 days of date of invoice*
Date of invoice is when you are fully invoiced for your purchase (usually right before it ships).
