This is a tough question since experience can vary, but what is your take on this? Do you feel Dell is better than average, just average, or below average for tech support and customer service?
So far I have owned two Dell desktops (now a custom Desktop) and two Dell PDA's so it has been awhile since I was a Dell customer.

I have to say that Dell has always worked with me in resolving issues. Sometimes it takes a little time and patience but it usually works out. I find that Dell chat eliminates any language issues with tech support, so I try to use that whenever I can. I guess my vote is for above average.

They are pretty good. In the past they were terrible but have really improved the past few years.
