Do they still give grief by telling people to take apart the laptop to "diagnose" the problem, or does the techincian come over and fix things ?
Also, is the 3 Year On-Site Service "next business day" service ?

I would assume that when you call Dell, and they think its a problem you can diagnose and/or resolve yourself, they will guide you through the steps. Otherwise, they will send out a service technician.
How is the Dell service on at home 3 year warranties ?
