    Hi i made an xps 1330 and im waiting to see how long it is going to take. Wondering how long i have if i want to cancel order and get full refund and if it is easy to do. I looked on website but couldn't find anything thanks!

    You can cancel at any point up until it's shipped*, or just refuse the package and return it. No matter what the policy says, you can get around any restocking fees by calling up and crying the blues.

    *And since it's an M1330 that means 6-8 months.

    Dell does not charge until the laptop is shipped...at least that's what they did with my Vostro 1400.

    they dont charge until it is shipped. before it is shipped, they put a pend on the amount that is due. like if you order a laptop that cost 1000, dell take 1000 from your card and put it there on pend. the day they ship it out is the day you get charged.
