In late October Dell approved a warranty replacement for my XPS laptop, but no units of the replacement model are available yet. I've been calling back every couple weeks to check, but nothing yet.
My warranty ran out at the end of December, so I'm kinda coasting on this support number, since it was opened before the warranty expired. I'm fine with waiting, but don't want the ticket to drop and leave me stranded. Anyone know when I should start worrying?
Alternatively, what's the longest support ticket you've had open with Dell that was successfully resolved?
