    From Inspiron 1505 to 1520..

    How long did it take before the 1520 come out?
    I am just kind of amused, every new little things is coming out.

    Hp dv6000 --> Hp dv6500
    Lenovo T60 --> Lenovo T61

    Now Inspiron just upgraded.

    I'm thinking of getting a lappy, or maybe should I just wait til next year? I don't really need it yet. But the new Inspirons look cool.

    Intel is the one who upgraded. For example, the Dell D600 had one intel chip, the D610 had another, the D620/E1505 had Core2, the D630/E1520 have the newer Core 2 version.

    Waiting is pointless, Intel will have new chips every year, and the manufacturers will consequently release new laptop models.
