    How long does it take for a technician to come?

    I called today and they said within 1-2 days a technician will call. How long has it taken for some of you for them to come?

    Depends on the country and also the warranty from what I have seen.

    1-2 days is pretty good unless you have next day or 4 hour same day onsite.

    call on a weekday before 5pm cutoff time and parts can be overnighted. after that tech calls for appointment. so practically 1 day after you call if the tech is not busy
