    seems like it takings longer to box then to build and test. build and test stage only took a couple of hours.

    Hi Truballa2k3,
    I think the stages thing they do is probably a bunch of hooey(is thta how it's spelled :))Dell does not make their notebooks, they buy them from 3rd party ODMs(original design manufacturers)They may change memory configurations and load the software you bought and thats about it...Oh maybe they even put on a few decals and run some quick tests on it. The only important stage is the one saying it has shipped along with a tracking number.

    I know the wait seems like forever, but it will be on it's way soon.

    i ordered the laptop on apr 30, it finished processing on may 03, first bussiness day, and finished kitting,building,testing, now its been in boxing stage for 2 days.

    My 600M was supposed to be here by April 3rd, but I still haven't received it yet. Is it common for Dell to be late?? [ :(]
