Meaning of Order Status Terms
Order Processing This means we have received your order and we are processing payment. If we need more information about your payment or your delivery address, we will contact you by email or phone. If we don't contact you, please do not be concerned.
In Production This means your order is being prepared for shipping. It could take from one to 10 days to prepare an order for shipping, depending on what you ordered and item availability. If your order is in this status for some time, but your estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned.
Shipped This means your order has been shipped using the delivery method you selected, and is now in transit with the carrier. A link to track delivery of your order will become available on My Order Status within 48 hours. For tracking information read the Shipping & Delivery section.
Canceled This means your order has been canceled at your request or because of a problem (reasons vary). Canceled orders cannot be reprocessed. If you would like to reorder, click here or contact our sales team. -
