    How long for concession coupon to arrive?

    Hello Dell users.
    I used chat today and managed to get a $50 concession coupon from them for the order that wasn't filled properly. I was told that it could take up to 72 hours for the coupon to come to my e-mail and I wanted to used it by the end of today to combine with 35% off on a Dell laptop. What are my chances of getting it today? Anyone with experience - how long does it take for them to send one? I was given the confirmation # and all so I am sure that I will be getting one - just not sure how long... Thanks.

    It's not going to happen. I've received a couple of Dell concession coupons, and the quickest I have ever gotten one is 48 hours.

    Yeah, same for me. Mine have come in a day or so at the quickest. If they don't send you one, you can just go back and complain and get another one :p
