    How long to approve Vista upgrade?

    Hey guys, I submitted my Vista upgrade request online on Monday. They sent me an email confirming my submission, and put the order into a pending status.

    Does anyone know how long it takes for them to either approve or deny the upgrade request?

    FYI...It is a refubished machine, the ship date was 12/21/06. I tried to tell when the manufacture date was but they couldn't answer that when I called. They just kept telling me the ship date was 12/21. And when I pull my service tag number it only gives the ship date.

    We'll see if I get lucky...
