    I got Dell to agree to send my laptop in to replace the headphone jack that is buzzing and the DVD burner that refuses to burn DVDs and CDs for some stupid reason.
    I'm assuming they're going to replace the motherboard to fix the audio problem?
    And I'm just curious how long it generally takes them to do this as I need my laptop for schoolwork and dont want to wait very long.
