So how many memory slots does the e1505 have so I can know how much ram I can fit in there? Also what is the maximum ram the e1505 can have?

2 DIMMS. It supports 4 GBs of RAM max. However that is really expensive and not needed by 99.9% of people. Also, please try to post questions in existing topics, people will read them and it will keep the boards a little less cluttered.

    Thanks.

Everywhere it says it supports up to 2 GB's, but it does have the same chipset that the E1705 has and that one supports 4 GB's.

I would shoot for 2gb of ram. 32bit processors can only have upto 3gb of ram if I remember correctly.

but will only see about 3.5 GBs, as the system (windows) uses some space of the 4 GB addressing space.

    i've seen it.
