How many of you get "Free Upgrades" by having the complete care coverage offered by Dell?

I just get the standard 1 year warranty. I am confident I can repair any problem the laptop has if it arises after that time for cheaper than the cost of the warranty.

what is this free upgrades u speak of?

Between Ebay and Dell's website, everything should be cheaper to fix than the extended warranty.
Plus, I don't trust these extended warranties. A friend of mine got a toshiba laptop and the extended warranty on it. Motherboard blew and Toshiba claimed that the warranty doesn't cover motherboard failure ... even though at the time he signed up for the warranty it did.
So there was $300 down the drain for nothing -
1 year warranty. Dell warranties come at huge premium. It's not worth it IMO. Some warranties are just nuts. You can get up to five years of coverage. Most people buy a new system after three to four years.

I havent heard of any free upgrades just for having complete care, We offer people upgrades to increase customer experience if they have had troubles with the computer.

If I had started this thread, the Admins would have run to close it. Shame on you WolksVagen. Stop finding ways to cheat Dell!
