How many times a day do you call dells order tracking?

Today so far has been at least 5. Funny, I've called probably 20 times in the past few days, and every damn time I hear "Build Stage"

 

start of day and end of day. you really thing dell work that fast.

I have the number programmed into my cell phone ... call about 5 times a day

 

yeah i got so shocked that it went from boxing to shipping today, the voice is addicting. its always a surprise to call after the voice said something different to me lol =]

 

I only call once a day. Right when I get to work. That's what happens when you've waited as long as me.

 

Yeah me too... I dont even dial a thing. I love the PAUSE button.

 

if they actually record how many times you called to check and puts you up on priority list if you did that i'll be flooding the line with calls

 

I would call at least 5 times a day from 6/29 to 7/25. After that, I just kinda lost hope of it coming earlier than my ESD. Since then, i check just once or twice a day. But since I went into boxing yesterday, I have checked about 10 times since then.

 

if (isn't it sad that I have to say if...) I go into boxing... i'd barely be able to restrain myself... I would probably call every hour on the hour during MALAYSIAN business hours

 

i find it cool how they can recognize the voice. i try to say my order id fast just for fun to see if they can get it =D

 

Nah, it's actually quite annoying... It's not like that is new technology, that has been around for decades... Just never implemented... To be quite honest, I'd rather dial in the numbers than talk to a robot since half the time they don't understand what I'm saying and it's just really really annoying... Especially when they replace a real live person with the automated robot for tech support (my cable company did this!!!!)... You need to go through the robot before you can talk to a real person, heh... And there is no way to bypass it..

As for the original question in this thread, I was calling about 10 or so times a day when I was in the build stage. Once I got into boxing I was checking probably 5 times per day.... Yeah, I really was anxious to get this new laptop... And it arrived today, and I am one happy guy!!!! Just in time for college which starts September 4th, which was my original ESD.

the windows phone activation never recognize my numbers lol i just put any kind and go directly to a person.

 

At least 5 times a day, about every two hours or so that I am awake.

 

Um...my job involves answering phones all day long, so I'm not keen to call very often. I call maybe once a day, usually less. I think I've called about 6 or 7 times since I ordered. To be fair, I only knew about a week after my order about the hotline.

I feel like I'd need some incentive to call more often- more than that woman's voice anyway. Like a Miss Cleo style prediction of great happiness in my future, or cake.

 

5-10 times. And I have only been waiting a freaking week.

i just love calling to check my laptop's status i check from 10-20 something times a day and today at 12:30 when i called it was in the boxing stage i almost jumped out of my seat in class hearing this great news that its almost being shipped ^^
