    Well i got $100 for 8600GT GDDR3 false ad (before it was taken out from the site after mid july) and $100 for delay.

    I got a $100 credit and next day shipping - my ship date is 8/28 and I ordered on 7/8/07 - I have called, e-mailed, and chatted on their website - everyone tells me something different - I finally asked for a supervisor and received the credit when my order is shipped - if my order is delayed again, I will again go for another credit -this has been a major pain.

    I think for every ESD that passes with a delay, they should refund 10% of the order number. A delay should not upset the buyer but be a punishment to the seller.

    As ironic as it may sound, I was atually praying for a delay just to get some money taken off my system
    But, given how unlucky my stars are, mine was actually shipped in 3 days. Its as if Dell saw my "delay complaint call" coming

    Did I say some wrong prayer? LOL :p
