    it might be important if you listed if the condition is new or not.

    new? configure on Dell and take 10% off that.

    Used? configure on Dell and take at least 30% depending on condition.

    Once the box has been opened, the seal has been cut, the notebook's value(upon purchase) is instantly cut by 10%, then upon booting it, another 5%, then, even to 'check up' the specs, its a good 20% right there.

    The depreciation is quite large and fast, within the first half a year, I'd say at least 40% face price.

    I'd say quite a bit higher than that, assuming good condition. It would cost around $1000 new I think, with the coupons and all. Maybe more with a 2-year warranty.

    With the warranty and the decent specs (particularly the RAM and HDD), you should get anywhere from 650-800 dollars.

    Ya, I was thinking about $650/750. Its still a really decent laptop, only thing it doesn't have not up to date is the Core Duo 2. Always nice to have a laptop with am 8 hr battery life.
