    How much is my Dell Inspiron 5160 worth?

    I have a Dell Inspiron 5160 laptop with the following:

    15in XGA
    2.8 P4 w/ HT
    32MB Video
    CDRW/DVD
    512 RAM
    40GB
    PCMCIA WIFI SLOT / no card
    ----------------
    1 1/2 yrs old (perfect condition)


    Could someone tell me what this laptop would be worth? :confused:

    if its in good shape and working order, with a functioning copy of xp, I'd say around 300, possibly 400 bucks, as you can get a brand new 15.4 ws a dual core setup, gig of ram and dedicated video in the 600 to 700 range

    I agree it is not worth much. Put it on ebay with a high reserve and that way you can see how much someone is willing to pay for it without having to sell it
