Anyone know how accurate the info on the Canadian order status page is? How often is it updated?
Unfortunately, there is no automatic order status line in Canada so i cant call for the specific status of my order. I have to open a online chat or call dell for that, and most agents seem to be fairly annoyed with the fact that Im calling them at least one every day...

I have no idea how often it's updated, but I do not it doesn't work very well from what everyone has said. Some people have theirs in hand, but the site will still say it's In Production.

The canadian page isn't updated very often. It has said that mine has been "in production" for two weeks, but I just called CS and they told me it was already shipping in from the US.

yea you guys are right...I just talked to an agent on dell chat and was told that my laptop shipped today even though the order status page shows that its in production
