    How reliable is Dell Order Tracker?

    I ordered a laptop from the Dell Outlet September 8th with overnight shipping.
    The rep told me laptops from the Outlet ship within 24 hours.
    The estimated delivery date is September 10th.

    ...That is all correct, but my order still says "In Production".

    Does the status system lag behind or is my order really not going to get delivered tomorrow?

    How accurate is Dell's order tracking system and estimated arrival date?

    Hey! Did your order get delivered yesterday? : ) Usually, the Outlet is fairly quick on shipments on processing orders (way faster then Home orders)!

    Yes, they are pretty much on schedule, unless something has happened during the final process. I can't imagine that has happened, though. : )
