When you place an order, they will email you the details of your ider and contact phone number. Or submit your request online. Normally take one week to get money back.

Like wombat said, you either have to call or email them. You might be able to do over chat on their sales support.

As far as I know it doesn't take anytime to get your money back because your credit card isn't charged until your laptop has been shipped.

They charge the credit card first before order process in Australia.

Interesting to know. I guess Dell has different policies around the world. I know in the US they don't charge until your laptop is actually shipped. They do get verify that you have enough avabilable funds for the transaction.
