We're getting my son off bottles and into sippy cups but he has this idea that pouring milk out is a lot of fun, specifically pouring it into my daughter's laptop. I checked the status of the repairs and it notified me that:

7/29/2013 7:59:52 PM CST : Your unit has sustained damage to a point where repair may not be possible. Tech Support is currently reviewing this to determine next steps. If you have a Complete Care accidental damage warranty from Dell, this typically means that a replacement unit will be issued. Dell will contact you with additional details.

I received a call from Dell very early in the morning my time before I was awake and when I called the number I got tech support in India who just said that the call was probably in regards to the depot receiving the laptop. Anybody know how I can be proactive and get in touch with the depot?
