Could someone please help me...I ordered my system with WUXGA Full Hi-Def screen and it is way too small and would like to get the 1440x900 LED screen. So im guessing i will have to send it back and re-order? Could some one please give me the:

    1. Phone number of who to call?
    2. Do i just tell them im not satisfied with the screen?
    3. Do I have to pay for re-stocking or anything like that?
    4. Do I pay for shipping?
    5. Is it just a return and i get it credited back to my dell account?

    Thanks

When I change the resolution it gets blurry, so i would just like to change it out. Otherwise its perfect.

Blurry?! Whoa...that sucks. I ordered the Hidef screen as well. I knew the 1920x1200 res would be too small for me; however, I was just going to change it.

You saying that it gets blurry makes me worried. I have a chance to cancel because they delayed me again for another week.

At the full resolution its not blurry, but when you lower the resolution it become not as sharp and blurry.

Anything except the native resolution will look like crap...so changing the resolution isn't really an option.

Sigh, its really not that complicated. 1-800-915-3355. Get to Order modifcation department, tell them your screen isnt as desired and want it replaced with the LED option, and see what they say.

I called and they were very nice, they said i ship it back to them and will receive a credit within 7-10 days. After that I can reorder with whatever i want. No restocking fee i just paid $38 to ship it back.

You could have asked for prepaid shipping label. They provide that when asked.
