It'd be neat to be able to do that, I have to use the taskbar icon on the right to activate it.

Anyone with the technical know-how on how to do that? I'd tinker with it if I had the time.

There should be an option in the BIOS. Don't know exactly where. You can set it such that it is disabled, such that an application can control it or such that the hotkey combination can control it.

It should be an option under the Dell Quickset Application.

Look for Wi/Fi hotkeys or something of the like. (Not on my notebook right now)

You should be able to configure it from there.

This would be good to know. My bluetooth sometimes does not turn on (even though the bluetooth icon on the media bar is lit). I have to go into control panel > bluetooth, toggle the bluetooth off, hit apply, toggle the bluetooth on, hit apply.

Doing right after startup with a keyboard shortcut would make this way easier.

Although, not having this issue in the first place would be the ideal solution.
