My Dell Latitude E6510 was shipped with English windows 7, but unfortunately the Drivers & utilities CD has drivers in another language. So when I reinstalled windows, I had to install "Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility" in that language in order to access the internet for English drivers.

The problem is, since that one driver was installed in another language, my computer now thinks everything (drivers, utilities etc.) should be in that language. Even if i download the Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility from the dell website to over-write the current driver, it, stays in that language.

I want all my drivers and utilities in English. Is there any way I can accomplish that without reinstalling Windows?

By the way, my region and language settings in Windows are all set to English/United states etc.
