    It's very easy to get a human at Dell. It's not always so easy to get one that will take care of what you need and not make dumb mistakes, nor is it easy to find one that speaks a domestic and easily-understood dialect of English.

    I have called twice, so far, and spent hours on the phone, the result of which is that the 2 replacement laptops I have coming are both going to the wrong destination. This was after speaking to an American, BTW, on my second call.
