I've ever heard that we can check our laptops component brands, like screen brand, memory brand or harddrive brand.

    I use DELL XPS M1530.

    How to do that?

    Thank you very much.

The hardcore way is to open up the laptop and check individual hardwares. JK!

I usually go to Control Panel > System > Device Manager > Click on the individual hardwares properties > Details tab > Hardware Ids

It should give you some sort of value like "MONITOR\SEC3255" or similar depending on hardware. I'm pretty sure there are programs that might do it too.

The easiest way is to go to www.support.dell.com, click on "warranty information" on the left-hand side, then enter in your service tag (five to seven digit alphanumeric code on the bottom of the system). Once your warranty information is displayed, there will be a tab titled "original system configuration" adjacent to the warranty tab. Click it and it will list all of the components in your system, along with manufacturer information. Some of the names may be truncated though, but you can still figure it out.
