I ordered it last monday and it has been in porduction since Tuesday but I don't know what stage of production it is in. Is there a way to find out?

Seems to me as though immediately after your order is processed correctly it just says "in production" even if they haven't even begun or plan on working on your build for days or weeks, just to make us feel better.

I think "In production" encompasses everything between "your credit card checks out" and "we've shipped it." What it isn't indicative of in any sort of actual production. -

Its getting worse!
I talked to them on the phone and they said it won't ship anytime soon. On Dell chat they said the latest it would possibly ship was yesterday.
A little information would be really swell. -
