    Hello, I have the persons 4-digid number, but if I want to contact that person, how can I get in contact with the Via Email, or online chat? I hate talking to people over the phone that I cant understand... its hard enough having a 5 second conversation with a telemarketer from India, let alone asking THEM a question.

    Call, and follow the directions for four digit extensions...It allows for 4-7 digit extensions I believe.
