    Hey guys,

So when I talked to this customer rep. about 2 weeks ago about my 2nd replacement system, she told me that she was going to give me a $50 credit (as a compensation of my long wait time) when I receive the replacement system.

I did receive the system a week ago, and I still didnt get my freakin $50..
I tried to contact her through the phone, but sadly, I dunt noe the extension number, but I do know the name. I emailed her couple times which she never replied...... this sucks.. damn Dell reps. lying to customers... WTF is this???

How can I get my $50 credit??? Should I just give up?
