    My computer is blocking my router from the internet ive done alot of things but i dont know how to unblock it so i just want to delete everything i get it back to new,running fast like when i first got it, could you guide me? and do i need to install the cds drivers and all that that came with it after i restore it?
    Its my first time doing this :)

    ALso the cds i have are: reinstallation dvd windows vista home basic
    dell webcam manager
    drivers and utilities.
    Am i missing something?
