I hate how the top of keyboards on the m1330 (above the touch sensor buttons) attract so much white dirt/dust.

Is there a good way to keep that part clean?

I keep my notebook clean by spraying it every now and then with a can of compressed air. It blows the dust off very well.

I got my m1330 back in September, and it came with a clear tape covering the media control panel. Now, I just vigorously rub the media control pane with a microfiber cloth until all smudges/dirt disappears. Microfiber cloth does wonders for the screen, the cover of the screen, the media panel, the keyboard, and the palmrest.
