    Hi.

    I am purchasing a laptop but not sure if the person selling it as new, is actually new or not.

    I have the service tag, and I was able to see that this is the warranty on the laptop

    Service Provider Start date End date
    Next Business Day Parts Delivery BBF October 23, 2014 April 21, 2016
    Dell Digital Delivery DELL October 23, 2014 January 25, 2023

    Can someone tell from this?

    I tried to talk to Dell but they wont give information to any other person beside owner.

    If I had to guess, I would say new based on warranty.

    My Dell Factory refurb laptop has a sticker on the bottom indicating that it has been refurbed
