Anyone have ideas on how to power up my 9300 on a charter bus for a 15 hour long trip?

Buy a power converter (plugs into the cigarette/accessory port and converts to 110 VAC), get a long extension cord, and plug your computer in? You never know, the driver might let you do it! :)

well if you were in a car (or they have the adapter on the bus) you can get car adapters for the same or less than a battery and run off the car/bus power. Otherwise just batteries.

Just stay awake for 48 hours before the trip and sleep 15 hours in the bus.

Have a VERY LOOOONG power cord?

Outside of having multiple batteries, cutting off WIFI and having a pitch black bus, it would be hard to run for that long with a display that big.

Agreed - unfortunately it will be extremely difficult to find a power source for your notebook that will last you that long. I have heard of some homemade batterpacks, however - you may want to google that and see what you find.

Take your mp3 player/pda and just relax on the bus
