This is tested on my Studio 1555 to recover from failed BIOS flash.

    What you need?
    1. usb drive
    2. Phoenix BIOS Crisis Recovery program
    3. extracted 1555_A11.ROM file from 1555_A11.EXE, rename to BIOS.WPH and put in the usb drive

Should you have this 3 files in bootable usb drive:
    1. BIOS.WPH
    2. MINIDOS.SYS
    3. PHLASH16.EXE

After preparing all the above items which battery and power cord are disconnected from your laptop,
    1. Plug in the flash drive to usb port.
    2. Press End button on the keyboard for a while.
    3. Plug in the power cord to the laptop (don't press the power button) and at the same time release the End button. Laptop should automatically turned on with battery indicator lit with orange light (power button doesn't light up)
    4. After a while, battery indicator keep flashing with orange & white light.
    5. Then, laptop will reboot automatically when the recovery process successful.
    6. Laptop will boot into Windows.

    Good luck!!
