    Am sending a laptop back to Dell because it was too small and I ordered a 17 inch, my question is how do I reformat this computer? they did not send a Windows Vista disk with it.

    You cannot reformat a computer. You can only reformat the hard disk.

    You do not need a Vista DVD to reformat the hard disk.

    You do not need to reformat the hard disk to return it to Dell.
