    Anyone figure out how to install and start the Dell Datasafe online FREE 10GB software that came with the Vostro's ??

    I've wiped mine clean, and put XP PRO on them, but now cannot figure out how to take advantage of the free 10GB offer.

    The online FAQ says to insert your Datasafe Online media. What media? I didn't get any CD for Datasafe with either Vostro i've ordered...

    Thanks for any help.

    Did you activate your DataSafe Online account before wiping your hard drive clean? If not, you'll need to contact Dell customer support for assistance. They'll have you create a 30-day free trial account and then have it converted to the appropriate package.
