    Hello,,

    I just received a $25 credit from Dell because I decided not to make a return and to just wait for another replacement...

    So,, the rep. gave me this credit reference # and I have no idea in using this $25....

    How do I use this???

    Please Help

    you use it like a coupon code

    it could be a credit they will issue you back on your cc or however you paid also did they say it was a coupon or a credit...

    this is what the rep. had sent

    "I have gone ahead and set up a credit for $25. Your credit reference # is: 00000000. The credit can take up to 30 days to show up on your original form of payment, however it typically goes through in about 7 to 10 business days. If you have any questions on this issue, please either reply to this email or contact customer care at 1-800-456-3355. "
