    Hey all,

I need to find a way to view when my M1530 entered stand-bye, based on time entered. Is there a menu of some sort that I can get to from the Control Panel or something that can show me the last time my computer entered stand-bye, basically a kind of list of things done on the computer in like the past couple hours. Some sort of a task list/activity list is what I am looking for. But no, I don't mean the Activity Reports on the Parental Control options, that is not what I am looking for.

    Thanks

I guess an easier way to put it is....... Is it possible for me to view a menu that shows how long my laptop has been running. I.E. what it's current run itme since latest shut-down is? I really need to know the last time my laptop entered sleep mode to be precise.

If you have XP Pro (and maybe Vista Business and Ultimate), you can bring up command prompt and enter "systeminfo". That'll give you a little list of somewhat random info, including your "System Up Time". I don't know if the trick works on lesser flavors of Windows, though.

You nailed it, exactly what I need, but can I do it with Windows Vista Home-Premium?

Did you try it under Home Premium? I can think of a trick you can do with event viewer, but I don't think that comes with Home Premium either...

For what do you need such a function?
