On my Sony laptop I can press any key on the keyboard to wake it from sleep. On a recent Dell laptop we received to wake it from sleep you have to press the power button. Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing that will allow the Dell to wake from sleep by pressing any key on the keyboard?

The power button is included in the "Any Key" spec.

Not sure, but why does it matter?

What's the difference though? Hitting a key is just the same is hitting the power on button..

I actually felt your pain, my S460 could wake up with any key, my 1520 can't(or at least I think it can't). It will be weird at first, but you will get used to it.
