Any IT pros here have stories and/or advice to share about your journey into virtualization?

This is a very broad topic, which kind of virtualization? workstations? servers? virtualizing teams/development

virtualization under Amazon or google business or perhaps Windows Azure?

creating your own using ESXI or maybe a CentOS/Debian server which has virtualbox running different windows/linux servers?

or maybe just horror stories moving into a different environment? :D

    Geekz,

Anything goes! Like you mentioned, virtualization is such a broad and vague topic--I wanted to start a thread where people could share their unique experience of going "virtual" :)
